Salem Residents Directory is an independently operated reference to Salem, Oregon public-record routes and historical directory collections. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither material here nor a result from a linked tool is a consumer report, and none may be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
4. Third-Party Links
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored tools, set their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, charges, or data practices.
